medical info only is a csv with a set of features and values from the users. 
medical info test has the summary of medical profiles generated from the previous file with llama3.3 
adapted conversations not sent_cog has the answers to the questions without sentiment and cognitive values
adatped conversations, has the previous answers but adapted to each particular user cognitive and sentiment profile.
